Youverse joins the WE BUILD project to advance the EU Digital Identity Wallet Written on 10 Feb 2025

Youverse is proud to announce its participation in the WE BUILD project, a major European initiative selected by the European Commission to participate in the second round oflarge scale pilots for the EU Digital Identity Wallet. As a leading innovator in digital identity solutions, Youverse is committed to contributing its expertise to this consortium, which aims to enhance business identification, legal representation, and data-sharing capabilities across Europe.

The WE BUILD project was chosen by the European Commission as part of its strategy to strengthen Europe’s competitiveness through digital innovation. With nearly 200 partners spanning public and private sectors, this project will pilot 13 key use cases that focus on making digital interactions more efficient, secure, and cost-effective for businesses and individuals alike. These pilots will demonstrate the advantages of EUDI Wallets in B2B, B2G, and B2C interactions, including applications in banking, payments, and regulatory compliance. The project will also explore the automation of processes, improving security through Know Your Customer/Business/Supplier/Employee initiatives.
